BASEBALL: Seven MC Baseball Athletes Sign with NCAA Universities
In what promises to be one of the more talented classes of MC Chaparral baseball athletes, seven members of the team have inked their national letters of intent to four-year universities.

MIDLAND, TEXAS - In what promises to be one of the more talented classes of MC Chaparral baseball athletes, seven members of the team have inked their national letters of intent to four-year universities. "COVID Freshmen" (players who have four years of eligibility remaining according to NJCAA rules) Jarek Wells, Luis Rodriguez, Caleb Heuertz, Luke Young, Tyler Wulfert, Ryan Blackwell and Luke Bumpus will each be moving on in the 2022-2023 academic year to their next destinations (perhaps even at the professional level).
Coaches expect a slate of additional commitments and signings to take place throughout the Spring Semester of 2022 for other members of the Chaparrals. However today was a big day for seven young men who will be continuing their academic pursuits and baseball dreams at the next level.
