SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - The Midland College baseball team swept a doubleheader against Alvin Community College to open the 2023 season, Saturday at UT-San Antonio.
Hudson Parker drove home Kyle Lewis with a two-out, game-winning single to lift the Chaps to a 2-1 victory over Alvin Community College in eight innings during Saturday's season opener at UT-San Antonio.
Parker followed with a double and three RBI to carry MC to a 10-5 win over Alvin CC in the second game.
