WEATHERFORD, TEXAS - Midland Christian grad Rhett Clark drove in three runs to lead the Midland College baseball team to a 9-3 victory over McLennan Community College in first round action of the Region V Baseball Tournament in Weatherford.
With the victory, the Chaparrals (42-13) move on to face host Weatherford College, a 10-2 winner over New Mexico Military Institute, at 4 p.m. Saturday at Roger Williams Ballpark if weather permits. The Highlanders (38-19) fall into the loser's bracket and will play NMMI at 10 a.m. Saturday ...
