MIDLAND, TEXAS - Doug Young did whatever he could to help his Midland College men's basketball team fight back against No. 2-ranked Odessa College in the second half after trailing by as many as 15 points on Monday night.
Young scored a game-high 29 points but had to watch the last 6 minutes, 23 seconds from the bench as he was one of four Chaparrals who fouled out.
The Wranglers, who had two players fouled out, used their depth to their advantage to close out a nail-biting 70-67 victory at Chaparral Center.
