MC's Clarke and Kempson Named to the 2025 All-WJCAC Team, Hurns and Avramovic Honorable Mention Selections
Midland College's Trey Clarke and Jaden Kempson were named to the All-Conference First Team, with Antoine Hurns and Grigorije Avramovic named to the All-WJCAC Honorable Mention team.

Midland College Chaps basketball placed four members on the All-WJCAC team for the 2025 season. Trey Clarke (Far Rockaway, NY) and Jaden Kempson (Bronx, NY) were named to the All-Conference first team for their outstanding play. Clarke led the team with 15.9 points per game while Kempson finished the season as the second leading scorer at 14.2 points per contest. Clarke posted 6.6 rebounds per game along with 2.6 rebounds per game and 1.8 steals in 2025. Kempson averaged 4.0 rebounds per game and 2.4 assists and 1.4 steals per game.
Fellow Chaparrals Antoine Hurns and Grigorije Avramovic were each named to the All-WJCAC Honorable Mention team. Hurns a freshman guard from Indianapolis, IN averaged 14.1 ppg to go along with 5.8 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Avramovic, a native of Pancevo, Serbia, averaged 10 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 2.6 apg and 1.7 spg for the Chaps in his freshman season.
The Chaps finished the season at 20-11 and ranked #18 in the final NJCAA Men's Division I Basketball poll.
