Coach Walt Williams is cautiously optimistic of the teams chances to repeat knowing he has three returning team members from the 2025 championship team. That includes the top individual in the NJCAA standings, Scott Spark, along with Reuben Harvey and Hunter Welch. Freshmen Kalle Blixt, Leo Powell and Jasper Pippig round out the tournament team including an alternate team member (Pippig).
Spark is the top individual player in the NJCAA, Harvey is ranked 26th nationally, Pippig is currently ranked #42, Welch is ranked #47, Blixt comes in ranked #57 while Powell is ranked 61st. Midland College is ranked #4 according to the Bushnell/Golfweek poll and #6 in the NJCAA Men's Division I poll.
