SOFTBALL: MC swept at Clarendon

CLARENDON, TEXAS - The Clarendon College softball team swept Midland College in a doubleheader, winning 9-1 and 5-3 on Friday.

In the first game, the Lady Chaparrals (15-15, 10-14 in Western Junior College Athletic Conference) were held to four hits, as Gisselle Dominguez had the lone RBI for MC.

The Lady Chaps out-hit Clarendon 10-5 but committed three errors in the game.

Aryell Aguiar was 3-for-4 to lead MC; while Aaliyah Hunter and Ciera Avila each added two hits.
