MIDLAND, TEXAS - The No. 2-ranked Odessa College volleyball team completed an undefeated Western Junior College Athletic Conference season with a 25-12, 28-26, 25-17 victory over rival Midland College at the Midland College Physical Education building gym on Saturday.
Odessa College improved to 21-2 overall and 10-0 in the WJCAC and will be the No. 1 seed in next weekend's NJCAA Region V Tournament at Lubbock Christian University.
Midland College (7-5, 5-4) is locked in as the No. 3 seed and were led on Saturday by Macarena Flores with eight kills, Emily Nanez had 12 digs, Romina Vacca had 12 assists, and Brennah Windham added 10 assists.
The Lady Chaparrals will close out the regular season at home against Frank Phillips College at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
